Decorative Wood Wall Shelves

I decorated my wood wall shelves. Adding design duck tape on the top surface and white feathers around the edges. I been rearranging everything in my room and decorating all my organizer. Thought I share this with you all. ^_^

I really like it. Now... what to put on top of this... LOL!

My Zebra Necklace Hanger

I thought of an idea to make a necklace hanger for my necklaces using poster board and tab hooks. :P I just wanted to share this with you. ^_^

What I used:

White poster board
Zebra Print Duck Tape
Hot Glue Gun w/ Glue Sticks
Press Tab Hooks

I used a poster board. You can get these at any store.

Using Zebra duck tape, I tape the poster and cut it (made 2 for the back and front).

 Then I glue both boards together and cut off the extra tape.

Using tab hooks, I line them up straight on the board and leave about some space in between the tabs. Then I hot glue it around the edges of the sticky part and glue it onto the board.

The glue came out on the side but it's ok... I can't really see it and this will give my necklace hanger more support.

I use thumbtack to pin this up on the top right and left. I made a second one, might make more and have a full wall of necklaces. LOL! ^_^

My Own Earring Holder ^_^

I been searching for earring holders for a long time now and I can never find the perfect one. I want something big that can hold up all my earrings and at a fair price. V_V Sooo.... about a month ago, stumble on  a YouTube video from Beauty Gurus lovekisses99. She created this big earring holder using a window screen she had purchased from Home Depot. It was a really good idea, she is so creative! Check out her video! She gives instruction on how to make the window screen hang up. I like her idea so much, I wanted to make one my own. So... I finally made mines. LOL!

I wanted to decorated mine because it looks too plain. So I went on a shopping trip to Home Depot, Micheals and Wal-mart ^_^

I bought:
1 White Window Screen. I forgot the size but I think it's the size of the bathroom window O_O?
Creatology Boa Feathers in Hot Pink
Printed Duck Tape in Hot Pink Zebra
all came up to $20.00 dollars
The rest of the stuff that I needed to complete this project, I already had. ^_^

This is my window screen. I remove the top metal part by pulling it off.

Stuff I used:
Creatology Boa Feathers in Hot Pink, Printed Duck Tape in Hot Pink Zebra, Heat Glue Gun, Glue Stick, Metal Nail Hook and a pair of Scissors

I'm going to show you how I decorated my window screen / earring holder.

 I tape the Zebra printed duck tape all around the border of the window screen.

 Then I used the heat gun and glue the Boa feathers all around the edges of the window screen.

After I finish gluing the Boa feathers on. I use a metal nail hook to push it thru the screen and hang it on my wall.

So this is my finish earring holder ^_^ I only hang up a few earring show you how it would look.  I think it's really KAWAII!!! This is very easy to do! and anyone can do it! Be creative!!!!
